(1) The Ministers will get the benefits according to this Act from the date of taking the oath of office.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the ministers may also receive the amount of daily allowance and travel allowance incurred when coming to Kathmandu from outside the Kathmandu valley for the purpose of taking the oath of office.
